1/ Choose your membership length of time:

  • 10 Session Pass (valid for 3 months)
  • 4 Month Game Changer Membership
  • 6 Month+ Life Changer Membership (rolling membership)

2/ Select 2,3 or 4 days per week (Ask your MPF Consultant to gain best advice for you)

3/ Choose from 3 types of sessions per week:

  • Pilates Reformer
  • Pilates Mat (includes Barre, Ball & Band)
  • Personal Training

(Ask your MPF Consultant to gain best advice for you) (You could choose do 2,3 or 4 different styles every week, or stick to the one style only, up to you on the balance you want!)

Our group fitness classes run 6 days per week.

Each class is just 45 minutes long.

Each class format is customisable, meaning movements are equally as challenging to all members, regardless of past experience or fitness level.
